Eligibility:

No person may be appointed to the lay panel unless the Department is satisfied that the person—

(a) is not eligible for appointment to the chairman’s panel;

(b) has knowledge of children with—

(i) special educational needs; or

(ii) disabilities; or

(iii) if required, both.

Fee: £204.67 per day (under review)
