This session will be delivered by Kirstin Nee, Head of Scotland and Northern Ireland Dual Asset. Kirstin entered the legal indemnity market straight from Strathclyde School of Law. She has expertise underwriting across the globe but is especially well regarded for her work on high net worth commercial and residential defective title policies across the Celtic jurisdictions. Working with DUAL from the start in Scotland with Millar and Bryce, Kirstin joined the team full time in 2016. She reluctantly admits to loving all the things that generally make your life a nightmare and apologises for this hopefully with solutions to remove these issues and headaches.
