Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion
  2. Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity

  4. Liaise effectively with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Solicitor
  2. Proven experience managing residential conveyancing files independently
  3. Strong organisational and time-management skills
  4. Excellent communication and client care skills
  5. A proactive, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
