Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion
- Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and a proactive approach
- Liaise effectively with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor
- Proven experience managing residential conveyancing files independently
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
