PA Duffy & Co are looking for a Family/Matrimonial Solicitor to provide maternity cover in their Magherafelt office.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in Children's and Matrimonial Law to include;- Domestic Proceedings, Separation/Divorce and Ancillary Relief Proceedings, Children's Proceedings and related matters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Experience in the use of LAMS desirable.
Experience in litigation also desirable.
