P R Hanna Solicitors are currently seeking applications from individuals with experience in administration.  Legal secretarial experience is desirable but not essential.  

Individual will provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors and staff and will need to have excellent IT skills, including working with Excel Spreadsheets, have good communication skills and be well organised.  Duties to include managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence and responding professionally and promptly to queries.   Accurate record keeping on Case Management system, photocopying, filing, quick accurate typing and liaising with clients/insurers/solicitors.  High Court and County Court experience would be an asset.
