P Haughey & Co Solicitors are seeking a professional and organised Legal Secretary to join their busy solicitors’ office in Dungannon. The successful candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support to solicitors ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and typing correspondence, legal documents, and forms.
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and arranging client meetings.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally.
- Maintaining and updating client files (both paper and electronic).
- Liaising with clients, courts, and external agencies as required.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and other office correspondence.
- Assisting with billing, file management, and general office administration.
