If you receive an email from a solicitor or anyone else with a subject line similar to
Doc Copy-PTD- P2139 INV- P2238
or with a mail attachment likely dated 3 May 2024
You must
1. Delete it - do not forward it to anyone!
2. Tell all staff to do the same
3. Inform your IT team if you download it
4. Be on high alert for similar emails
