Advocacy Skills in Family Cases

This is a short course for those wishing to improve or refresh their advocacy skills in family cases at Family Proceedings/Care court level.

It is a practical course demonstrating relevant advocacy skills to enable practise of those skills with focused feedback.

Numbers are limited on this course as the trainer to delegate ratio is small so early booking is recommended.

The course will not only enhance advocacy skills but improve your approach to analysing and preparing these cases.

The session will be delivered by Judge Loughran and Fiona Donnelly.
