In this role, you will support migrants who have experienced forced migration and/or are particularly vulnerable by providing immigration advice, casework assistance, and representation.
There will be an opportunity to contribute to: strategic litigation, policy advocacy, training and legal information resources
Salary
SO2 – £36,124 + 5% employer pension contribution
Available to candidates who hold: IAA Level 2 (Immigration), IAA Level 2 (Asylum and Protection) and/or A practising certificate
SO1 – £33,366 + 5% employer pension contribution
Available to candidates who hold: IAA Level 1 (Immigration)
The salary will increase to SO2 upon attainment of IAA Level 2 in both categories.
Working Hours
Multiple vacancies are available: (Applicants should state which role they wish to be considered. You may also indicate both roles)
Full-time: 35 hours per week
Part-time: 21 hours per week
