The Division Head leads the delivery of timely, high-quality legal advice to the Attorney General across a wide range of issues, ensuring informed decision-making, often at short notice.
They oversee work spanning public law and other areas, maintain quality and consistency through collaboration and effective line management, and contribute to strategic leadership by managing resources and promoting performance.
The role also involves representing the Attorney General with senior stakeholders and, where appropriate, contributing to wider Senior Civil Service leadership within the Northern Ireland Civil Service.
