Responsibilities: 

  • Carriage of IT matters on behalf of both Claimants and Respondents.
  • Advise both employer and employee on all types of employment law matters.
  • Draft pleadings, contracts and policies, and advise on redundancies and negotiating settlement agreements.
  • Liaise with Counsel and third-party funders.
