Responsibilities:
- Carriage of IT matters on behalf of both Claimants and Respondents.
- Advise both employer and employee on all types of employment law matters.
- Draft pleadings, contracts and policies, and advise on redundancies and negotiating settlement agreements.
- Liaise with Counsel and third-party funders.
