Faloon & Co Solicitors is an established, reputable legal practice based in Dungannon. It prides itself on delivering high-quality legal advice and excellent client service. It is now seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its busy team.
The Role
You will take full ownership of a varied litigation caseload from start to finish. This is an office-based role that requires direct client contact and regular attendance at court to represent clients’ interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil and commercial litigation cases.
- Attend court, tribunals, and callovers regularly.
- Advise clients on dispute resolution strategies.
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and instructions.
- Negotiate settlements and attend expert consultations.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (all PQE considered).
- Proven experience handling a litigation caseload.
- Strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage strict court deadlines.
- Valid driving licence and access to a car for court travel.
