Law Society of Northern Ireland Statement
The Law Society of Northern Ireland notes the Government’s announcement that responsibility for AML/CTF supervision of the Solicitor profession will transfer to the Financial Conduct Authority. This change will take time to put into effect and the Law Society will use this transition period to ensure that the outcome meets the requirements of our member firms.
