It is with deep regret that the Law Society of Northern Ireland notifies members of the passing of Neil Faris, solicitor on 13th October 2024.
Neil was admitted to the Roll in November 1977 and was formerly a Principal with Cleaver Fulton Rankin before setting up on his own as a sole practitioner of Neil Faris Solicitors.
In later years he joined Hool Law as a Consultant before retiring January 2023.
He was a former Commissioner at the Northern Ireland Law Commission.
Neil and his wife, Mary Frances were regular attendees of the Society's Annual Conference abroad.
