Event to mark the 25th anniversary of the incorporation of the Human Rights Act in Northern Ireland

Join us as we mark 25 years since the incorporation of the Human Rights Act in Northern Ireland. 

To reflect on its impact and continuing importance, the Law Society, in conjunction with the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission, are hosting an event featuring: 

· Opening remarks from Colin Mitchell, Law Society President 

· Keynote address from Alyson Kilpatrick, Chief Commissioner of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission

· Contribution from Les Allamby, member of LSNI’s Human Rights and Equality Committee and former Chief Commissioner of the NI Human Rights Commission  

· With further speakers to be announced!
