Risk Management - Part 3: - Implementation of the Legal Complaints and Regulation Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 – One Year On
The new Solicitors Complaints Committee provided for in the Legal Complaints and Regulation Act (NI) 2016 came into operation in September 2025.
This session will update solicitors on the operation of Solicitors Complaints Committee in practice, emerging risks and trends from the matters it has dealt with in its first year and provide appropriate guidance for solicitors in their practice.
