Join the Women’s Network for an engaging and practical session designed for women solicitors who are aspiring to progress to partner level in private practice.
Delivered by Jill O’Reilly (Leadership Coach), the opening session will explore the shift from technical expert to leader, how to build influence before you have the title, and how to develop a leadership reputation that people remember.
Delegates will also consider how to lead with confidence, authenticity and credibility, and will leave with practical leadership habits they can apply immediately as they strengthen their path to partnership.
This will be followed by a panel discussion, featuring a number of female partners, who will share their experiences, lessons learned and practical advice for those seeking to advance their careers in private practice to partnership level.
