- Storage, retention, and secure disposal of files
- How to manage data subject’s rights including the right of erasure as well as Subject Access Requests.
- How to recognise and deal with a data breach and the steps which can be taken to mitigate against breaches.
- Changes to the Data Protection landscape made by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025
- How a solicitor’s use of AI might engage data protection law and what should be considered.
